An average sale or purchase takes around 6-8 weeks to complete, but this timescale is determined by a variety of factors so it can be possible to complete earlier in some cases.
Where there is a chain of transactions, we will do all we can to ensure matters proceed as smoothly as possible, taking into account your own needs.
We have years of experience in the local property market, gaining a wealth of local knowledge. We can recommend local surveyors to you, or recommend other contacts such as financial advisers.
Work on your file will be carried out by a qualified solicitor on daily basis and not simply supervised. We are happy to communicate by telephone or email, in addition to correspondence, and include a personal attendance within our costs estimate.
We can also assist in other property related matters such as remortgages, transfers of ownership, Declarations of Trust, Leases, Auctions Papers, and Co-Ownership issues.
